CLTs - If you just need field service support, we are happy to simply provide those services as well. Our facilities offer two separate CLT rooms flexible for set up as your project needs dictate.  Equipment display research studies are
easily accommodated with our multi-purpose study room that has wide double door entry from our parking lot. Paper and Pencil, laptop or hand held data collection options are available.  Food and Beverage Research CLTs are a special competency of ours, as we perform dozens of these a year. Our staff is versed on a wide variety of study designs and protocols for these special studies. We have several study rooms with up to 25-30 stations.







Sensory Taste Test - If you are conducting any type of food and beverage related study, look to the experts of our Culinary Research.  We possess significant experience in the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative food and beverage studies, and we have unparalleled facilities to suit a variety of preparation platforms. Our facilities are also available for culinary projects that are non-research related, such as ideation, emersion exercises, recipe/formulation development, culinary training and food photography. 

The Compass Marketing Research facilities include a spacious domestic-style kitchen for your projects that do not require a commercial kitchen, such as heat and serve or pour and serve projects.  We are happy to simply field your food and beverage study or support you with complete services including design, protocol development, multi-market fielding, data management, tabbing, coding and analysis. You can select the level of service you need and rest assured that you have a team of experts to support you.

Trained and experienced culinary staff is available to support your project, whether you need us to provide Chefs or Food Scientists to lead your project or skilled line cooks to augment your team. As much or as little culinary support as needed is available.
